Build Your Own

Sweet

Tradition

Salt City Scoops started in a cherry red '67 Shasta trailer and a big idea, cookies and ice cream, stacked your way, no two the same. Now we're bringing that same build it yourself spirit into the ground floor of the Meyer Landmark, Hutchinson's restored 1923 storefront.

Salt City Scoops started in 2021, when we found the cutest '67 Shasta trailer and decided Hutchinson needed its first ice cream sandwich food trailer. My mom, Sherry Bradley, gave me the idea, and she's the original Cookie Queen. She makes the world's best chocolate chip and M&M cookies, and she's graciously shared her recipe so we could share it with you.

There's no better feeling than making people smile, and we think one of the best ways to do that is with sugar. Part of what makes us different is that nothing is pre-made. You build it, cookies, ice cream, toppings, your call every time.

As a Hutchinson native, I feel so lucky to open a storefront in the Historic Landmark Building. We can't wait to see what you build
